If you wish to receive the vaccine at our clinic, payment in advance is required.
After making a reservation, you can proceed to payment. Please note that reservations will be automatically canceled if payment is not made within 24 hours of the reservation.

Precautions

Reservation data will be automatically canceled if payment is not made within 24 hours after the reservation. The first and second payments can be settled together. Payment information will be canceled at the same time the reservation is canceled. If the first and second payments are made together, all payment information for these payments will be canceled. Reservations can be changed after payment. If the price changes due to a date change, the settlement price change will be adjusted at the same time the reservation is changed. If there is no change in price, only the reservation will be modified. Cancellation after advance payment is possible until the day of the event. If you have reservations for family members, please make sure that all members of the family have paid. If payment is made for more than one person and only one person cancels, the payment amount for the canceled person will be refunded. If the cancellation does not occur, the payment cannot be reversed. The settlement agent is Sony Payment Service Corporation. Accepted Card Brands: VISA / MasterCard / AMEX / DINERS
